Service Guarantee

We strive to ensure high quality in our services and products, therefore all our equipment has a guarantee. We set the operating conditions of the lift equipment as follows: 18 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 24 months from the date of manufacture of the elevator. This is possible provided that the requirements for transport, storage, installation and operation are met. The passport issued by the manufacturer is used to confirm the date of release of the elevator. We recommend regular maintenance of the equipment in accordance with the instruction manual to guarantee its reliable operation and prolong its service life. ‘’In addition, products purchased as spare parts have a warranty period of 12 months from the date of delivery. We are confident that our warranty service will provide you with peace of mind and confidence in the quality of our products‘’ If you have detected a defect in the operation of the elevator equipment, please send a notification to our e-mail address info@asataasansor.com Download the ‘’ Warranty Claim Form‘’, fill it in and attach it to the e-mail. It is important to fill in all mandatory parts in the fields marked with ‘’*’’. Confirming photographs and/or video footage must be attached to the notification, which will help to quickly investigate the causes of the malfunction. The ‘’Warranty Claim For’’ must be signed by the company manager or an authorized person. The following are the cases where the warranty is not valid: Expiry of the warranty period; Independent intervention or modification of the equipment; Problems caused by the actions of the buyer or third parties; Signs of thermal effect; Unstable operation of the electrical network of the building; Exposure to weather conditions caused by improper storage.
